USJ will perform regular system maintenance on the Universal Express inventory as below:

Every day from JP time 5:45 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Every Tuesday from JP time 05:00 a.m. to 06:00 a.m.

During this time, the booking will be unavailable.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

【Notices】

●A separate Studio Pass is required for Park admission.

●Special Entrance Exclusively for Tour Participants：

Guests can enter the Park through this entrance when the Park opens.Tour participants must first check in at the special entrance. You will receive some of your benefits at that time.

Please show the QR Codes from the purchase completion page or purchase history page to a crew member at the Studio Tour Reception.

Note: A QR Code is issued for each ticket you purchased. Each QR Code can only be used by one Guest.

●Age of Participants：

Children ages 12 or under (elementary school age or under) are not allowed to participate without a parent or guardian. The person accompanying the child must be age 12 or over (junior high school-age or over).

●Using the Attractions：When Guests cannot experience an attraction because they are accompanying a child who is unable to experience it due to height restrictions or other usage requirements, they can use the Child Switch service. However, because the Child Switch service cannot be used during the tour, you will receive a Child Switch Ticket for the attraction that your child cannot experience. After the tour, you can use the Child Switch Ticket to experience the attraction on your own.  ※If a Universal Express Pass attraction is not in operation, please try one of the other attractions listed on your ticket.

●10% Meal Discount at Park Restaurants： >　Discounts are not available at wagons (food carts), snack stands, or Stage 33™. >  Discounts are only valid for use on the day of the tour. When paying at a restaurant, please present the discount ticket that you received that day. >  Restaurant hours differ from Park hours. They are also subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions and other factors.

●Ticket Sales：

>　Once purchased, tickets cannot be modified, canceled, or changed to a different time or date.

>　Prices may vary depending on the date of admission.

>　Prices and content may be changed without notice.

>　Ticket availability is limited.

>　Please purchase one ticket per participant, with the exception of children ages 3 and under.

>　Up to 10 tickets can be purchased at a time.

>　Reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited. Resold tickets cannot be used in the Park.

●Other：>　Depending on the number of participants, your tour group may be split into smaller groups. >　 Benefits are subject to change.
